SELFISHNESS/SINFULNES: The COMMITTED VOLUNTARY STATE or condition of our hearts to the SELF-GRATIFICATION of our appetites and propensities as the End or Goal of our being known as our: WICKED HEART, CARNAL MIND, MORAL DEPRAVITY and the 

FOUNTAIN OF SIN within us from which flow by a NATURAL LAW or PRINCIPLE all of our sinful ways.  This it is that needs to be RADICALLY CHANGED.

Only by God’s grace through faith and His Holy Spirit by His New Covenant Promise will we be steadfast, immoveable, and always abounding in the work of the Lord.

STRONGHOLD OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS: 
A MINDSET IMPREGNATED with HOPELESSNESS that causes you to accept it as UNCHANGEABLE. 
STRONGHOLD OF RIGHTEOUSNESS: 

A MINDSET IMPREGNATED with anticipation and expectation that EXPLICITLY TRUSTS the PROMISE KEEPER (GOD) to DELIVER

and KEEP ONE DELIVERED into the FREEDOM PROMISED in John 8:36, “SO IF THE SON MAKES YOU FREE, YOU WILL BE FREE INDEED.” 

INDEED means: In TRUTH, REALLY, in FACT, CERTAINLY (not merely positionally).  We have no position with Christ without a true possession of Christ received through the Gospel.
PROFOUND STATEMENT: Until we bind any stronghold that is keeping anyone captive; the revelation of God’s truth cannot be understood or perceived to the degree that would cause a change!!!  WOW, how true this is.  Without God’s grace and His Holy Spirit’s influence to draw us toward His Son Jesus by our faith and keep us there; we simply would not do it alone, by putting confidence in our flesh.
